His expertise spans product management, payment systems, foreign exchange (FX) solutions, software engineering, API integrations, and cross-functional leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with more than 11 airlines and over 2,000 brands.
As Founder of Konprann, Saint-Paul helps organizations navigate complex technology platforms, payment systems, integrations, and product development challenges. His work includes defining product strategies and roadmaps, leading API and integration initiatives, supporting fintech and SaaS go-to-market execution, and coaching product and engineering teams.
Previously, at Ankorstore, he led an API and integration ecosystem connecting more than 2,000 brands with platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, and Sellsy. His initiatives contributed to more than 10% growth in gross merchandise value (GMV) and helped improve the Shopify App Store rating from 3.5 to 4.8 stars. He also initiated work to prepare API architecture for agentic AI, reflecting his interest in how autonomous systems may reshape digital commerce.
At Planet, Saint-Paul led payment currency-conversion products and contributed to 20% revenue growth in foreign exchange through rate optimization and improvements to the customer experience. His experience covers key payment processes, including authorization, fraud detection, capture, settlement, and merchant relationships.
Beyond traditional product management and fintech, Saint-Paul is actively interested in artificial intelligence, agentic AI, AI governance, cybersecurity, and the future of software engineering. His work explores how organizations can prepare their technology platforms for AI-driven commerce while maintaining accountability when AI agents operate autonomously.
Saint-Paul also contributes to software engineering education at the Faculté des Sciences of Université d’État d’Haïti, his engineering alma mater, where he teaches graduating students.
